“Hello folks, this is my painted MG Gundam Exia. I opted to purchase the normal MG release rather than the Ignition Mode as I feel the latter is too pricey.

I painted my MG Exia in its standard colors except for having the inner frame painted in gun metal with gold accents, and highlighting the dull silver parts by painting them with silver paint.

I painted the Setsuna F. Seiei figure as much as I could make it accurate, and spent a good amount of hours into putting colors into the tiny figure.

The MG Exia is a nice-looking MG, but he is really a hard guy to deal with doing ground poses because of the weak ankles and perhaps the half-filled inner frame.

Paints I used were:

Tamiya TS-27 Matt White
Tamiya TS-14 Black
Tamiya TS-38 Gun Metal
Tamiya TS-44 Brilliant Blue
Tamiya TS-49 Bright Red
Tamiya TS-17 Gloss Aluminum
Tamiya TS-21 Gold
Tamiya TS-4 German Grey
Tamiya X-10 Gun Metal
Tamiya X-28 Clear Green
Tamiya XF-22 RLM Grey
Tamiya XF-2 Flat White
Tamiya XF-15 Flesh
Tamiya X-3 Royal Blue
Tamiya Accent Color Black
Blue Gundam Marker
Red Gundam Marker
