Just wanted to share my latest entry for Gunpla Builders World Cup (GBWC) Indonesia 2014 titled “Lagrange Research Facility”
The theme for this entry is inspired by Lagrange III (L3), one of the secret bases of Celestial Being in the Gundam 00 series.
The diorama is split into two levels whereby upper level houses the Gundam itself and the weapons ranging from the original set to some of the variant packs for the 00. Lower level features XN unit in the left side and 0-Raiser in the other side. The Gundam 00 has also been modified as shown in these images.
Main features of this Diorama include:
– 10x moveable mechanical arms
– 8x rotating doors (Weapons rack)
– 2x removable floor panel/gate (0 raiser & XN)
– Hologram FX (0 raiser & XN)
– Fully LED diorama with moving runway light FX
List of armaments for the 00 Gundam:
– 2x GN Shields
– 2x GN Katar
– 4x GN Swords II (incl. Long and Short)
– GN Buster Sword II
– GN Sword II Blaster
– GN Buster Sword III
– GN Sword III
– 0 raiser
– XN unit
Last but not least, all the kits used are in 1/144 scale.
– HG 00 Raiser Gundam
– HG 00 gundam 7s
– XN unit (Hobby Japan)
– All other remaining parts are scratch-built primarily with the use of CNC laser.
