Major Gundam statue parts from head to toe are on display.
The fine detail of the Gundam head, from the back side of its V-fin to the inner workings of its vulcans, can be seen up close.
Plenty of other parts are on hand to give you the Gundam experience on a grand scale.
By pedaling a supplied bicycle, visitors can light up the Gundam’s eyes in the Human Power Generation Station. Long lines have formed for chances to climb into the Gundam’s manipulator at the Hands-On Photo Point.
Nissin Foods plays the Boil Japan commercial at their stand. A 1/12 scale statue of Gundam hoisting the kettle is on display.
The event features refreshment kiosks and a Green Day Zone. Other retailers include a postcard seller and a cookie bakery.
Seats and benches are provided for those wishing to enjoy Gundam from the cool shade. A donation box is available for earthquake victims, and a portion of the proceeds will go to rebuilding efforts.
