No.2 Big Size Screens, Info

The first installment in a four-episode Kamen Rider Fourze and Crayon Shin-chan crossover special will air on the TV Asahi network in Japan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The special celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Crayon Shin-chan television anime series’ broadcast debut in Japan.

In the special’s story, Shin-chan and Fourze travel to help the boy’s younger sister Himawari on the planet Himawari, where the girl has been taken and made into a princess.

The Crayon Shin-chan: Arashi o Yobu! Ora to Uchū no Princess anime film, which will premiere in Japan on Saturday, takes place in outer space. The anime shares outer space as a common theme with the live-action special-effects television series Kamen Rider Fourze. The television special also promotes both the upcoming Crayon Shin-chan film as well as the Kamen Rider × Super Sentai: Super Hero Taisen live-action film, which will premiere in Japan on April 21.

The first and fourth episodes of the special will combine live-action and animated segments to show Kamen Rider Fourze’s transformation into an anime character. The second, third, and fourth episodes will air in Japan on April 15, April 27, and April 29, respectively.
